Please read our updated Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.


🔹 Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following conditions for returns and refunds:

  •  You must raise a return or refund request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  •  A complete unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts) is mandatory for any refund, damage, or missing item claim.

  • Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

  •  The product must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  •  You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


🔹 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@jeveleir.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order ID]”Once we review and approve your request, we’ll share the return address and instructions.


⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • A ₹150  refund processing charge will be deducted from your total refund amount.


🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with a proper unboxing video for verification.Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

🔹 Exchanges If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Return the original item within 24 hours (with video proof).

  • Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

  • A ₹150 return  processing charge will be collect before processing the replacement.


🔹 Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, you’ll receive a notification regarding your refund approval status.If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
